Harbour Software’s Support and Implementation Consultants visited several clients in Western Australia and Northern Territory this month to talk through their experience with our cloud solutions and get their feedback on our strategic roadmap for this year.
Melissa had the pleasure of visiting our clients from the City of Bayswater, City of Belmont, Shire of Capel, and Shire of Augusta-Margaret River in Western Australia. Caroline also enjoyed meeting with our clients in the Northern Territory at the Victoria Daly Regional Council and the City of Palmerston.
It was a fantastic opportunity to meet with our clients in person and talk about our modern SaaS solution, Doc Assembler and Docs On Tap, which are helping them automate their agendas and minutes building process.
There was also great interest in our upcoming product releases which are being rolled out this year as part of our strategic roadmap. The new product features soon to be released include a Meeting Planner Module, Hosted Web Page for Meeting Content, Policy, Delegations and Registers Module, Ability to Share Annotations, and Meeting Management.
We look forward to visiting more of our clients in person and sharing more information on our strategic roadmap soon.
